This item is a collaboration between Converse and Tokyo Disney Resort to commemorate the 40th anniversary, released in July 2023. This is an unused, unopened T-shirt. A tote bag is also listed on a separate page. I purchased this online and have stored it in its original packaging. I believe that unused, unopened items with tags are not very common. I bought this because it has a design that is easy to wear both at Disney Resort and in everyday life, but I ended up not wearing it, so it's just been sitting in my closet.
