Includes three sheets: lyrics, an explanation of the hot spring, etc. It's a valuable保存版 (preservation edition) with a lot of information about the ingredients and explanation of the yunohana (hot spring flower). The detailed information about the yunohana is densely packed, and I think it's very educational and valuable just by itself. I don't have a scale, but I think it's around 180-200 grams.
