Kawai Gakki Seisakusho B&S OEM era cornet. The 1st valve slide has a lever. It has been adjusted by the famous Baldon Gakki in Nagoya. The person who adjusted it said, "It's well-made, just as you'd expect from the B&S era." There is solder leakage on the outside of the 2nd valve slide (photo 6) and a small dent on the main tuning slide (photo 7). Other than that, I think it can be said to be in beautiful condition.
