There are scratches on the screen. Includes a total of two batteries, including one spare battery. I don't think there is any swelling. A wall charger is also included. SD card, outer box, instruction manual, and cables are not included. Powers on and can take pictures. I haven't checked all functions/modes, but the shutter can be pressed, and mode changes are possible. Occasionally, the zoom button doesn't respond for about a minute after turning on the power.
