This is a set consisting of a checkered skirt and a ribbon. (※Although a tie is also shown in the image, the actual set only includes the ribbon and skirt!) Size: M Waist: 70cm, Skirt Length: Approximately 41cm I bought this to wear to Universal Studios Japan. I've only worn it once, so it's in good condition.
