This is a work cap-style knit hat. The inside is made of fleece, so it doesn't feel scratchy like some knit hats, and it's a warm material for winter. According to the tag, it has a deodorant function and seems to prevent odors. I bought it at Marui and wore it a few times in the winter, but it's still in good condition.
