The G9, also known as the Harrington, is one of the most beloved icons in menswear history. Created in 1937 by the talented and creative brothers John Miller and Isaac Miller, the Harrington is a testament to their efforts and innovation. It features a Fraser tartan lining, which was authorized for use by Miller by Lord Fraser, and a unique design that is instantly recognizable as a Harrington, with an umbrella-like pattern on the back to protect golfers from the rain. The "back dog ear" high neck is buttoned, and the cuffs use rubber material to protect the wrists from impact when hitting the ball. The large front pockets, which close with buttons, are designed to hold two golf balls.
