Brand new, unused. It's warm with a fleece lining. It's roughly 90-100cm. It might be a little big if it's 90cm, and a perfect fit if it's 100cm. These are approximate measurements. It's from a few years ago, so there's some pilling, but I think it won't be a problem at all if you use it for things like playing in the snow at nursery school.
