Thank you for viewing! Please be sure to read the notes regarding purchase in my profile. This is a very old, vintage Japanese guitar manufactured approximately 50 years ago. It has aged naturally and shows signs of wear, scratches, and repairs, so it does not feel like a new instrument. Please purchase only if you understand vintage guitars. This is a GALLAN, released around 1973 by Kyowa Shokai. There is little information available, so details such as the model number and materials used are mostly unknown. Please make your judgment based on the images. Gallan violin basses are rarely seen in circulation, making this a very valuable item! The deterioration of the paint on the back of the neck also gives it a vintage look, with an expression that makes you feel the passage of time and even exudes a certain air of dignity. Of the four violin basses I've listed here, this one sounded the best to me. There is no tone adjustment knob, and both are volume knobs. The sound changes with the slide switch. Maintenance completed: (String height adjustment, fret polishing, overall cleaning) There is a possibility that screws may loosen during transportation. String height: 1st string 1F ≒0.5 mm 12F ≒1.6mm (measured at the time of listing) There are no noticeable stains. There are no stains. Body: Sunburst (There are individual differences in the perception of color. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about this.) Neck: Bolt-on Fingerboard: Rosewood Scale: 762mm Nut width: 40mm 22 frets Slide switch selector Weight: Approximately 3.0kg (analog measurement) The exterior condition does not have any extremely large, noticeable scratches, but there is paint deterioration, some dents and scratches, dullness of metal parts, deterioration of plating, and rust on screws, etc. Pickguard and back panel have protective film. I think it's quite clean considering its age. Body only, no soft case. The condition is good! Frets are about 7-80% remaining (crowning processed and shiny). The electrical system is working properly. The output is stable, and each knob responds normally. The neck is straight. The truss rod can be adjusted. There is no buzzing during normal picking. The strings are reused and should be considered consumables (as a bonus). Shipping will be done using recycled packaging materials. I do not accept reservations. 1984104697654
