It was obtained from parqs, a select shop in Toyama Prefecture that has been selling Mr. Hollywood products from the very beginning. They still carry N. Hoolywood, as well as high-end brands like Yohji Yamamoto and Ron Herman. They also have a website. The size is listed as Medium (38-40). The fit feels like a Large. I am 170cm tall and weigh 64kg, and it fits with a comfortable amount of room. So, it's great to wear over a T-shirt in the spring, or with a knit or hoodie underneath in the dead of winter. It's a perfect size. I think the standard comment about understanding that it's a vintage item is necessary, but since I only dealt with vintage clothing in good condition to begin with, I can't tell the age, country, or affiliation just by looking at the tag.
