It is favored by kimono enthusiasts and tea ceremony practitioners, and can be worn like a houmongi or a komon (casual kimono) depending on the obi (sash) you pair it with. With a soft atmosphere, it opens a drawer of exquisite colors, with mature yet cute cherry blossoms, lilies, plum blossoms, autumn leaves, tulips, hydrangeas, and lilies of the valley... The flowers of the four seasons, with their colors, expressions, and dynamism, can't help but make your heart dance, and they seem to blow away the slight collar wear, sleeves, and the occasional light stains on the hem, revealing a mature yet cute, and somewhat fairytale-like charm☆ The soft touch of "silk" is also one of its charms... The "hitoe" (single-layered) kimono, worn between mid-May and the end of June, and in September, with the summer season in between, is attractive for its light and comfortable feel without lining.
