This is a baby hakama I purchased on minne. It's a separate type, and the floral top was stylish. I bought it in size 70-80, but it was a bit small, and it was tight on my child around one year old. I bought it for about 5000 yen. The ribbon in the middle of the pants can be removed. I used it for monthly milestone photoshoots and for the first Boys' Festival (Kodomo no Hi).
