Unused item. I took it out of the box once for the photos, but it has not been used. Both the main body and the mug are in beautiful condition with no scratches or stains. The outer box has some crushing on the top due to storage (please check the photos). Please only purchase if you understand that this is a home-stored item. Recommended for coffee lovers, or for new life/guests.
