No touch pen included, charger included. There are sticker marks and scratches on the main unit. Charging is possible. I was able to load software, but there were times when it wouldn't load. (It's unclear whether the problem is with the main unit or the software) The touch pen's LCD protective sheet has bubbles. Also, there were dots on the right side of the LCD screen. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
