This is the Nijino Atelier's Ryofu 70S. It's a handmade item, but the quality is quite high. It was developed mainly for the Katsuragawa River, so it's said to be strong against currents. It seems they are not producing it anymore, so it's quite rare. Since it has been in someone else's possession once, please understand that it is sold as-is (no claims, no returns).
