I once studied the Urasenke school of tea ceremony and purchased these items with the intention of brewing tea at home, but I never actually did. I'm offering them for sale so someone who is interested can use them before they deteriorate with age. This is a set of tea ceremony pottery with a beautiful gradation of reddish-brown and deep green, along with a tea scoop. I have displayed them in a tea cabinet. They are unused and have never been used. However, since it has been about 10 years since I purchased them, I have marked the condition as "no noticeable scratches." Just having them in the tea cabinet was quite atmospheric, and I never got tired of looking at them.
