I purchased this about 5 years ago and used it until my child was about 1 year old. Since we mostly used a car, the frequency of use was only 2-3 times a week, for short periods like when putting the baby to sleep, so there is a general feeling of use. I will also include 4 sets of drool covers and 2 types of sunshade hoods (mesh type and waterproof type). The waterproof type is unused. The box is included, but the instruction manual is not. The hooks are easy to use, and it can be opened in the front, so it was a very easy-to-use baby carrier. It also seems to fit the Japanese physique well.
