This is the limited edition Noble Black color of the Jetstream Prime (rotary single-pen). The body is treated with a self-healing top coat, so there are no scratches. The refills are compatible with international standards, and I have inserted a 20LK refill that I purchased later, but I will also include a 19LK refill. The ink level is unknown, but there is ink remaining. The original plastic wrap and tape from when I purchased it are still attached. I didn't find any dirt or scratches, so I'm listing it as "like new." I will pack it carefully before shipping, but for shipping purposes, the box will be folded and sent via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
