I purchased this from a shop called "Neko to Ohirune" (Cats and Naps). I made a mistake with the size and am selling it because I won't be using it. I took it out of the plastic bag once, realized the size was wrong, and immediately put it back in the bag for storage. The shape is a flat pad type. (※ It's the type that attaches with rubber bands on the four corners, not a box type.) I will also include the pamphlet that came with the purchase. Please understand that this item has been opened before.
