This is a particularly rare item from that collection. It's an 80-90's vintage, made in USA black tag down jacket. Recently, Eddie Bauer's popularity in the used clothing market has been increasing, and prices are also rising. However, it's rare to come across a black tag made in the USA. The body is made of a durable 35% cotton and 65% polyester blend. This is a top-of-the-line item, befitting a black tag down jacket with the "Premium quality goose down" notation, which signifies the highest quality, and is filled with fluffy down. The shape is similar to the masterpiece, the Karokoram. Square stitching is a distinctive feature. The cuffs are ribbed. There are two large pockets. There are also hand warmer pockets on the sides, which are fleece-lined and warm. There are drawcords on the torso and hem. The front has a double structure of a W zipper and hooks. The hood is filled with plenty of down, is very warm, and is removable. There are no damages or stains that would be a problem for wear. It's a very clean item considering its age. Made in USA.
