This is an M5 system planner card/business card holder hand-stitched with genuine leather. We used Tochigi leather in yellow for the main body and Tochigi leather in black for the pockets. It was hand-stitched with gray Vinymo thread, and the edges were polished and finished with Tokonole. The width has been extended by about 8mm compared to M5 refills so that the binding holes are not covered even when cards or business cards are inserted.
