This is a POLO RALPH LAUREN neck warmer. The color is black with a red fleece lining. The subtle gray pony is stylish. The lining is made of warm fleece fabric. It has a pocket where you can put a hand warmer. It has an adjuster so you can adjust the size. I received it as a gift, but I haven't used it much.
