You can adjust the thickness by pulling up the middle part, so you can easily set them inside your boots. These are convenient for keeping your long boots from getting crushed. They're made of plastic and are well-ventilated, and they can smooth out wrinkles in the ankle area of your boots when you're not wearing them. Everything in the photos is included. These items are in working condition, but they are used. I have wiped them down with disinfectant wipes. There are some scratches from use; please check the photos. I'm selling these to someone who is okay with a used item.
