Because it is made from antique fabric, it is a one-of-a-kind item. The shape is a hospital coat, which is less common than a Balmacaan coat. The designer himself handles all processes, from design and pattern making to cutting and sewing. The materials are handmade from scratch without using machines, and all sewing is done in the atelier, making this a very time-consuming piece.
