I purchased this directly from a Master during the FATE+ Aichi performance. I used it only once in the penlight circle, and I haven't taken it out of its case or carried it around since then. There is a slight stain on the underside of the white clothing, but it's not very noticeable unless you look closely. I can ship it the next day.
