This is a Gildan US used clothing navy hoodie. It's a rare hoodie with the Cal South National Cup 2014 logo. It's a dark navy, almost black, but the fading is not noticeable, and it's in good condition for used clothing. I bought it at a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa.
