The M|O ligature is a best-seller, also used by Paul Meyer, and can be considered a world standard. The M|O ligature is characterized by its low resistance, light feel when playing, and extremely easy articulation. In addition, it is easy to change the tone among metal ligatures, and it also has high pitch flexibility. The silver model is particularly notable for its rich overtones, producing a clearer sound than the black model. While the gold model can feel somewhat artificial, the silver model produces a more subdued sound with less coloration, which is why it seems to be favored by many orchestra players. It's difficult to appreciate its qualities in a small room, but it sounds outstanding in a large hall. I purchased it about two years ago and used it occasionally as a secondary ligature. There is no peeling of the plating, but there are signs of use such as fine scratches. Please check the images for the condition. The cap is in new condition as I didn't use it.
