This is a Montbell Rain Dancer jacket. The size is M, but it has a relaxed fit, so it should fit someone who usually wears a size L. There is some dirt from use, but I don't think there is any deterioration or peeling of the seam tape. The hood can be stowed away, giving it a clean look.
