It's a very easy-to-use and excellent driver head. Regarding the gray part of the head, only the edges have been masked and neatly painted black. It's oil-based marker, so it can be removed with alcohol, and it doesn't affect performance. I thought the black looked cleaner and better. The crown and other areas have not been repaired or repainted. There are no dents. As a bonus, I'm including a separate, aftermarket weight. It's 2g lighter than the original weight.
