Please check the photos for the condition of the gold and other details. "Willow Pattern" is a classic blue and white design. It is based on a tragic love story from China. It was popular in England in the 18th and 19th centuries and was made by many manufacturers, including Spode, Minton, and Wedgwood. "Willow" refers to the willow tree, and it is characterized by two birds, a pavilion, a small boat, and three figures on a bridge. Booths' "Real Old Willow" was produced from 1906 to 1980 and was taken over by Royal Doulton, which was absorbed in 1981. Real Old Willow from the Booths era is currently rare and difficult to obtain. This is an A8025 from around 1950.
