The overall openwork pattern is created by first embroidering and then cutting holes in the fabric with scissors. Also, the gaps are connected by twisting thread into cords, creating fine lines. The round, berry-like embroidery has a plump, three-dimensional feel. The lace at the edges has volume and width, and doesn't seem to be hand-knitted. The fabric feels sturdy. It's incredibly large, so it took a lot of time and effort to make. As an antique interior item, use it as a bed cover, sofa cover, tablecloth, curtains, or room divider, or as a prop for photos or in a special place in your shop.
