This is an umbrella only, as the carrying case has been lost. There is some dirt on the handle, and some rust on the frame of the umbrella, though it's not very noticeable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. To prevent water damage, the umbrella will be placed in a bag and packaged with cushioning material before shipping.
