There's probably elastic in the sleeve cuffs, and it's stretched out. You can still wear it as is. This is a NIKE ✖️ Pendleton nylon jacket. It's become quite rare, so I think it's valuable. Although it's thin, the inside is fleece, so it's warm. It also looks great layered with a down vest. Thank you.
