I received this as a hand-me-down, and it has not been worn by me. The suspenders are removable, so it can also be used as a skirt on its own. It seems some buttons were loose, so I have re-sewn them in a few places (therefore, the thread color is different in some areas). There is some wear and tear, but I think it can still be used for everyday wear. This is a used item that a child wore, so there may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you cannot accept even minor oversights.
