I received these as a gift, so I don't know the exact model number or product name, but the word "polarized" is written on the lower left of the lens, so I believe they are polarized lenses. Used only a few times. There are no major stains or scratches, but these are used items, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
