This is a clear file with a handwritten signature from To-i of DISH//. I received it at a special event about 10 years ago. Because I didn't file it, part of the "To" in "Toiemon" is scraped off. Also, you can see several small, inconspicuous scratches on the file itself when viewed in bright light. It's quite rare because it's handwritten.
