I purchased this a few years ago at Lumine Shinjuku for around 8,000-9,000 yen. The color is off-white. It's very thin and light, and folds up compactly, so it was very useful for avoiding air conditioning in the office or when out and about, and during the changing seasons with large temperature differences. Also, since it's 100% cotton, it feels gentle on the skin, and is recommended for the season of light clothing. As you can see in the photos, there is a small stain on the upper right chest area, and some yellowing on the collar and both sleeves, so it is being sold at a bargain price due to these imperfections. If you don't mind the small details, you can still wear it. Also, if you have children, you might want a white outerwear but it gets dirty quickly...
