Purchased at an antique market in 2020. I am selling it to declutter. It is approximately 34 cm tall and 30 cm wide (the ring around the sphere). It is said to be made by embedding stones and mother-of-pearl from various countries. According to the seller, it is now rare as they are not made very often. The compass on the base originally has no needle. It is just the image of a compass. There are no particular scratches, but please understand that it was displayed as interior decoration in my room. It seems that there are areas where the density of the stones is heavy, and if you try to hold it at an angle and let go, the heavier side will rotate downwards. Possibly Africa. It was placed in a slightly old dedicated box when I purchased it, so I will send it in that box. Please purchase with the understanding that it is a used item.
