While there are no visible tears, there is a hole somewhere causing a leak. It's not a large leak, just a slight seepage (photos 4, 5, and 6). There is a repair on the left instep (photo 3). The zippers and Velcro function normally. Grass has gotten into the Velcro areas. There are creases and some minor dirt from use. If you are able to repair it, or if a small amount of leakage isn't a problem, please consider this item.
