The item is a completely one-owner item that I submitted directly to PSA. It will be shipped in a PSA case, sleeved, and sent via Mercari delivery with tracking in a padded envelope. Even PSA 10 items may have small scratches, dents, holo scratches, horizontal lines, or white spots. You can see more details from the second QR code. We do not explicitly mention horizontal lines or scratches to prevent problems. There may be initial scratches that were present from the time of shipment.
