This is Vallee lys's Mellow Melody Dress (White). The halter ribbon is stored separately. I purchased this at a private party at Laforet Harajuku. I believe the all-white color was a limited edition. There are six bustles on the lace part, allowing you to change the skirt design to your liking. I only tried it on once at home and have kept it stored in a dark place, but I don't think I'll have a chance to wear it, so I'm putting it up for sale.
