Pure Silk Hand-woven Bordered Single-Layer Half-Width Obi Belt This is a hand-woven single-layer half-width obi belt with charmingly textured yarn. The colors are golden brown and off-white. The golden brown has a natural dye-like hue, while the off-white appears to be the natural color of raw silk. With its gentle colors, it would pair well with indigo-dyed kimonos. There is some color transfer on one side, 85cm from the end. This can be hidden by using that end as the te-saki (the part that is wrapped around the waist) and tucking it in for the first wrap. This obi is very easy to tie. Suitable for cotton kimonos and Yuki-tsumugi indigo kasuri (ikat) kimonos. Approximately 16 x 260 cm
