Actual size: ・Coat (Western-style Japanese clothing) Sleeve end to sleeve end (yukitake): 133cm Collar base to hem (mitake): 80cm ・Shawl: 146cm (73cm when folded in half) Custom-ordered from a kimono shop in Aichi Prefecture around 1965-1975. The shawl is a similar color to the coat, but not made from the same fabric. The shawl is slightly brighter (though still very close in color). [Storage Method] Long-term storage in a large tin can (tinplate), with mothballs replaced once a year. [Overall Condition] Upon visual inspection, no holes such as those from insect damage were found. As it is velvet, areas that appear to be damaged depending on the light were examined, but they seem to disappear when the fabric is touched, depending on the light. (Or, slight fabric folds from storage). Details are below. ★However, please consider this item only if you understand that this is a visual inspection by an amateur, and that there is also age-related deterioration.★ [Condition of the Outer Fabric] The outer fabric appears to be in good condition visually, but there are loose threads on the lining (around the white line in the image) and discoloration, so it is listed as "Slightly damaged or dirty." [Loose threads on the lining] The lining around the left armpit is frayed. A white line has been drawn in the image. As I do not have knowledge of repairing Japanese clothing, I will sell it as is without attempting repairs such as stitching.
