Tupperware, brand new, unused. Always use it with a pot or frying pan that is one size larger, filled with water. You can cook two tiers simultaneously. Steamed dishes are also nutritionally excellent. If you wash and dry it thoroughly, mold will not grow. Microwave use is not possible.
