Thank you for viewing. This is a Sigma lens hood LH-914-01 (for 70-200mm F2.8 DG HSM). It was damaged due to an accidental drop and has been repaired. I am selling it because I purchased a new hood. As shown in photos 5 and 6, the damaged part has been repaired using epoxy resin adhesive to cover it. There is no wobbling or peeling, and the strength seems to be almost unaffected. Furthermore, it has been painted with black ink to minimize any adverse effects such as light transmission. It is unlikely to be a problem for general use, but please understand that this is a DIY repair before purchasing.
