This brand was made by ESM for Ishibashi Music. I purchased it new and used it only a few times for testing. I don't remember if it came with a case, or perhaps I've misplaced it. As you can see in the image, it's a size 5, so the tip opening is slightly narrower than a Yanagisawa #7 with a 1.5mm opening.
