This is a gingham check shirt dress from Debut de Fiore♪ The color is navy. I bought it at the store a few years ago and wore it a few times during the summer. After that, I had it dry cleaned and stored it folded at home. There are fold wrinkles. I think there will be no problem if you wash it and smooth out the wrinkles when you wear it.
