It can maintain 80 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, making it ideal for keeping food warm. The cushion is approximately 30 cm in diameter. A pot with a diameter of 27 cm will fit inside. It contains over 300 grams of cotton, making it very fluffy and highly effective at retaining heat. Including the cushion, it contains over 400 grams. I will compress it slightly for shipping. It's cotton, and I've packed it evenly, but please understand that it's a handmade item. Pressure cookers are heavy and difficult to take out and put away, but since I started using a pot cozy, I haven't used it at all and got rid of it. Wrapping the pot in a towel and using a pot cozy further increases the heat retention and prevents soiling. As a bonus, I'll include a pot holder made from the same fabric.
