Thank you for viewing. It's a bit old, being from 1992, but it still heats up properly. Operation has been confirmed. I believe it was for about 2.5 tatami mats. It's mostly clean, but there are two small stains, so I've marked it as having some soiling. The controller is detachable, making it convenient for storage. To prevent damage to the heating elements, I will roll it up instead of folding it for shipping. Thank you for your consideration.
