I assembled it for the listing, but there are some missing parts. No missing minifigs. The building can mostly be assembled, but please understand that it is not complete. There is a brown base to attach grass to the house's garden, but it is chipped and difficult to insert parts. (Image 12) Overall, it is in good condition, but there are missing parts. Please only purchase if you understand that it is a used item. I will disassemble it to some extent for easy packing and shipping.
